Initial/Annual Piano Tuning Service $225

Includes piano tuning, single pitch raising/lowering, pedal adjustments, full evaluation and written Condition Report with service recommendations and pricing.

If we decide that your piano is not worth tuning/repairing, you pay only $75 for the evaluation.

Piano Tuning Service (Repeat tuning within 6 months) $175

Piano tuning to standard pitch (A440) or customer's request, including single pitch raising/lowering and pedal adjustments, if needed.

Light Cleaning $40

Vacuuming and dusting easily accessible areas inside and out.

Deep Cleaning - Uprights $80

Same as Light Cleaning, plus removal of action and blowing out with compressed air, removing keys and vacuuming key bed.

Deep Cleaning - Grands $120

Same as Light Cleaning, plus removal of action and blowing out with compressed air, removing keys and vacuuming key bed, dusting and vacuuming sound board (possible blow-out with compressed air) to clean all areas under strings and plate.

Mouse/Bug Removal and Sanitation (add-on to Deep Cleaning) $30

Remove mouse nest (or bugs) and waste from inside your piano; then sanitize all visible urine and pest stains.

Repairs (price provided after evaluation)

Repairing/replacing of broken, loose, missing squeaky parts, finish touch-ups, and polishing.

Regulation (price provided after evaluation)

Adjustments/lubrication to piano keys, action, and trap work (pedals, etc.) for quality mechanical performance.

Voicing (price provided after evaluation)

Adjust the tone of your piano for optimal use.

Piano Life Saver Climate Control System

Highly recommended for pianos due to extreme temperature and humidity changes. Dry wood parts shrink, crack, and disassemble, which can ruin your instrument, as well as cause extreme pitch lowering. High humidity causes wood parts to swell, which can cause sluggish/squeaking/sticking action, as well as extreme pitch raising. A humidifier system specifically designed for your piano is a literal life saver!

Piano Evaluation $75

I provide a thorough evaluation of your piano and a detailed, written Condition Report with service recommendations and pricing. Rest assured, I will not recommend major repairs on a piano that is not worth fixing, unless it has significant historical or sentimental value to you. NOTE: This is not an appraisal of what a piano is worth for buying or selling.
